good things:
my itty bitty ipod came yesterday.
this weekend i found jeans at the gap that fit really well.
someone's coming out to give us an estimate on the dishwasher installation tonight.
it's going to be 50 again today.

bad things:
the boys were up at 6:00am. OY.

i think alex has seen too many decorating shows

he's building w/ his wedgits in the playroom. when he finishes a creation, he comes and gets me and makes me close my eyes, and he leads me into the playroom. then i have to open my eyes and tell him how cool it is.

alex says that when he is 4 and ben is 2, they should get bunk beds in his room

alex tells me that ben says he should get a skateboard when he turns 4

ben has started saying "uh oh" and and "hot diggity dog" (ot doggie dog!)

ya know the wiggles song that goes "quack quack quack quack quack cock a doodle doo"? ben will make flappy arms and say "dais dais dais dais" and then stick his hand over his head and yell "DOO!"

alex went down one of the big waterslides w/ me at the hotel. he deemed it "scary, but fun."

ben loved the big bucket that dumped water every 5 min, and would laugh and sign "more" while saying "buk! buk!"

i really need to get on with the christmas shopping.

I'm having trouble coming up w/ ideas for Alex. Moms of boys in the 3-4 range - any ideas? He wants some Thomas stuff, but hasn't been much help other than that!
